Julan Fall - Tallest Waterfall In Sarawak

Update: Haunted Julan Deep Jungle Pool

After he snapshot a mysterious monster fish swimming in the pool, an European visitor got a sudden heart attack and died.
The snapshot turned out to be black blank!

1000ft Julan's first fall

That was a story related by a 65-year-old ex-logger who guided a group of visitors to Usun Apau some time in early 1990's.

Julan's second fall

The mysterious creature was said to have been spotted several times swimming in the pool showing its scary fin as large as a palm leave.

Thunderous Julian's third fall

The deep jungle pool is a few metres down of the thunderous Julian's third fall.
No one else dare to take a picture of the pool ever since!

Julan Fall

Julan Fall is the tallest waterfall in Sarawak.
It is located at Usun Apau plateau about 170 kilometers SSE of Miri City.
The area has several waterfalls and has been gazetted by the Sarawak government as Usun Apau National Park.
Known for its clean water and virgin forest the place is recommended for picnicking, camping and jungle trekking.
